Patrick Doyle

Has anyone seen the commercial for the parmesan bread bites from Domino's yet? Well if not, here it is.

Why am I talking about this commercial you ask? Did you see that cocky bastard Patrick Doyle at the end of the commercial? Doyle, the CEO of the company, must think he is better than every person on this earth the way he laughed at what some employee of his said about Brian Edler... also an employee of his from some town in Ohio. The only difference between that other employee and Edler is the fact that she didnt invent something that is going to make this Doyle rich.

So let me get this straight... This jack wagon CEO from Domino's Pizza steals this dudes idea, probably doesn't give him any money for it, and then laughs at the fact that he can do this and he is better for it. Honestly, watching this commercial angers me every single time. That is literally the cockiest damn chuckle I have ever seen. If I were this Brian Edler fellow, I would have not only quit my job and the embarrassment of wearing that tacky, outlandish, and cheap uniform, but I would have also found Patrick Doyle and raped every dollar he had for my spectacular idea. Here is why...

To me, that four second laugh is like slapping a man in the face multiple times. In that four seconds he not only is being a cocky dick, he is saying that no other person will ever be as successful as he will be at the pizza game. Not David C. Novak (CEO of Pizza hut), Not Papa John, and certainly not Brian Edler. He thinks this every day looking Joe is such a pee on that he doesn't even give an educated rebuttal to another employee making a wise crack at the fact that Edler could do Doyle's job. Instead he just laughs off the question and then dives in his swimming pool of Susan B. Anthony coins. And you know what is so wacky about that whole situation? He was snacking on the new parmesan bread bites while swimming. That was just the final fuck you to Brian Edler I guess.

I guess all I am saying is that I can't believe they would actually air something like that. Yeah, I may be looking waaaaay too far into this whole 30 second commercial, I get that. But to any educated person they look at that commercial and think to themselves, "damn, that was rude." But then again, any educated person doesn't eat Domino's either... Unless, of course, you want to shit yourself for the next couple days.

  1. "jackwagon" is a great phrase; it needs to be employed more often.
